🕒 Timeframe for Returns

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot process return requests submitted after this time frame.

✅ Conditions for Returns

We accept returns or refunds only if:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong product, size, or colour

  • An item was missing from your order

We do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect sizing due to misreading the product description

📸 Proof Required

To process your return or refund, please email us with:

  • Photos or a short video showing the issue

  • Your order number and a brief description of the problem

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the product is damaged or incorrect: we cover the return shipping

  • If the return is not due to an error on our part: you are responsible for return shipping costs

Do not ship the product back until we confirm return eligibility. Most issues can be resolved without physical return.
